We’re quite driven by data to deliver results so it’s fairly obvious that we will be keen to analyse progress, measuring what really matters and this may include what we can count and sometimes, just sense. The team have a very strange quirk that bonds them together and it’s their obsession with optimisation as they’re a bit paranoid on whether they could actually achieve more even if they help the client scale to the top!

1 – Listen:
We come in to your offices to understand how you currently operate, company & market dynamics, the team’s motivations, concerns and aspirations. We’re keen to develop plans for your success but without knowing the team, we are to collaborate with, we can’t advise you.
2 – Analyse:
Armed with facts and figures, and our observations/ recordings from the workshops/ interviews; we go away to plan how we could help you achieve your objectives. If additional data is required, we’ll let you know and find ways of sourcing it to ensure our plans factor in all the essential elements, internal and external.
3 – Speak:
Actions speak louder than words so let’s get the ball rolling when we have agreed on how we are going to realise those objectives! We understand our role here is to ensure the agreed strategy is being delivered without glitches so that the agreed goals aren’t too far away.
4 – Evaluate:
Given our love for data, our management insist on assigning KPIs to measure success while delivery is in progress and not just when an assignment is complete.
5 – Refine:
We look at what’s gone/ going well and what’s gone/ going badly and advise on options to consider in optimising performance.
